EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in business, career development, management, public relations, vocational education or vocational rehabilitation and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with individuals with disabilities.

JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for managing the supported employment caseload and following the milestone model of supported employment which includes identifying/determining a need for services, job placement/job coaching, job retention, stabilization, and successful employment closure with extended services.
